Loft hatch installed! This was actually done quite some time ago and the room is now lined but I have yet to download the photos to the laptop. Chasing for the ethernet port and coving are now all finished too.
In case anyone is thinking of doing any coving, buy the cutting tool and don't loss the instructions! It will really help, trust me.
Not long till this room is finished.
